A bit About Me.
I’m Anna Kerkour, a qualified Life Coach trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI.) I help women reclaim, clarity, confidence, and alignment.
I’m also a former professional actress, trained at RADA, with 17 years of experience embodying character and observing human behaviour. That background has shaped my ability to listen deeply and question the masks we wear.
Clients often describe my superpower as emotional intelligence. I create a space of trust where clients are supported to confront what no longer serves them - making space for truth, vulnerability and growth.
As a person of faith, my work is grounded in helping women reconnect with the deeper part of themselves - beyond ego and toward inner truth.

Coaching assumes you are already whole, capable, and resourceful.
Therapy often explores the past in depth and works with healing clinical or psychological issues. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it.
My role as a coach is not to analyze, fix, or treat — but to walk alongside you as a thinking partner, helping you deepen awareness, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.

A chemistry call is a short, relaxed conversation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

I currently offer two core coaching packages:
8-session package, meeting every two weeks
12-session package, meeting every two weeks
These packages are designed to support meaningful change while allowing space between sessions for reflection and integration.
After completing an 8- or 12-session package, many clients choose to move to rolling monthly sessions — meeting once a month for 6-12 months or for as long as they find it helpful.
I understand that life can be busy with family and work commitments, so I pride myself on being flexible. Packages can be tailored to suit your schedule and needs, and we can shape something bespoke together if required.

I aim to make coaching as accessible and affordable as possible, while honouring the depth and care of the work.
Sessions are priced at £100 per session.
Concessions are available, and reduced rates apply when booking larger packages. We can talk through options together to find what feels realistic and supportive for you.
